Who we're looking for

Electronics Systems Engineer

Eastleigh - On-site

Design, prototype, and optimise advanced electronics for cutting-edge quantum and cold atom systems. You'll work across disciplines, develop low-noise circuits, control systems, and data acquisition solutions, while debugging and refining complex hardware.

Join us to tackle real engineering challenges, shape your role, and help bring innovative quantum technologies to life.

Vacuum Process Engineer

Eastleigh - On-site

Translate advanced vacuum concepts into scalable, repeatable fabrication processes for miniaturised systems and vapour cells. You'll focus on microfabrication, sealing, and assembly, and help bring next-generation vacuum technologies from lab to production.

Join us to develop robust, manufacturable solutions, working at the intersection of vacuum science, materials engineering, and innovation-driven product development.

Vacuum Materials Scientist

Eastleigh - On-site

Directly develop technology that enables reliable ultra-high vacuum performance for cutting-edge quantum sensors. Working with a range of materials, coatings, getters and alkali vapour systems, you’ll design experiments and develop scalable solutions for next-generation vacuum platforms.
Join us to turn advanced research into robust, manufacturable technologies to make real-world impact.

Talent Pool

Eastleigh - On-site

At Aquark, we’re on a mission to bring quantum technology out of the lab and into the real world. Born as a spin-out from the University of Southampton, we’re building the world’s most compact cold atom core, enabling the next generation of quantum sensing and computing to power breakthroughs across industries.

Even if we don’t have a live vacancy right now, we’d love to hear from you. By joining our Talent Pool, you’ll be among the first we contact as soon as new opportunities arise.
