We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player to join us as a Marketing & Commercial Support Manager. This is a hands-on, high-growth role where you’ll learn across marketing, events, and commercial operations, with the opportunity to specialise as our team expands.


Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Create engaging marketing materials that bring our quantum products to life

  • Coordinate, collaborate and support external marketing agency activities to ensure a consistent brand message across digital, print and event channels.

Event Management

  • Help plan and deliver 2–3 key events per year (conferences, trade shows, academic exhibitions)

  • Manage logistics such as travel, accommodation, and post-event follow-ups

  • Represent the company at events and engage confidently with diverse audiences


Commercial & Sales Support

  • Assist the commercial team with invoicing, order tracking, and administrative support

  • Support system and component sales to academic institutions and integrators, focusing on early adopters

  • Contribute to market research and lead follow-ups


Background & Qualifications

We’re less concerned with long experience and more with potential, drive, and fit. You are:

  • Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks accurately

  • A clear communicator who can work well across technical and non-technical teams

  • Curious and adaptable, keen to learn in a deep tech environment that’s growing at a rapid pace

  • Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable taking ownership of projects in a small team

  • Personable and professional, confident representing the company at events


Skills & Experience

Some experience in marketing, events, or commercial support (internships, placement year, or 1–2 years’ work)
STEM awareness or enthusiasm for science and technology (formal degree not required)
Creative skills such as graphic design, copywriting, or social media are a bonus
Interest in deep tech, quantum, or start-ups is key
